What will Shipping cost?
NursesBag.com has been shipping our products all over the world, for over 20 years and by many different methods. The shipping options listed below are what the majority of our customers use, but please keep in mind, we are very flexible. We have a very experienced team of counter and shipping staff and “yes” we can accommodate your specific needs… please ask! We also have a special instructions text box at the checkout that gives you the ability to write down any special instructions you would like to pass on. We always read these instructions before working on any orders.
Shipping charges are based on total weight and the destination point. Unfortunately, we do not have an automated system to calculate shipping service charges. However, after reviewing the weight, size and destination of your order we will immediately email you with shipping options and expected delivery times.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We try our best to get your order out within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery time depends on whether the items you’ve ordered are in stock or, in the case of custom-produced items such as embroidered products, the time that it takes to produce them. It also depends on where you are located and which shipping method you choose. We make every effort to ensure that the products we sell are in stock, however, from time to time, demand outstrips supply and items need to be back ordered. If the items you order are not in stock you will be notified by email and given an estimated shipping date. Our policy is to hold orders with items on back order until the entire order is complete and we can ship everything together. If you would like us to ship the in-stock items immediately, just let us know by contacting us at email@example.com or 1-800-561-3040. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply.
United States and International Shipping
Shipping charges are based on total weight and the destination point. After reviewing the weight, size and destination of your order we will email you, within 24 hrs (Mon-Fri) with shipping options and expected delivery times. These costs will not include customs or taxes that may be applicable within your country. We use Canada Post (Expedited) to ship the majority of our orders. In addition, we also offer faster methods, within Canada, using Express Post and Priority Post. Please see table below for information on delivery times. Please note that custom Embroidery may increase your shipping time by 1-2 days. Orders can be traced through Canada Post’s website: www.canadapost.ca.
Nursesbag.com has been dealing with Canada Post for over 20 years now and find the tracing of orders to be quite accurate. If the parcel is small enough, they will leave it in your mailbox. If the parcel is too big, they will leave a “pick-up notification” for you to go to a specified Postal Station. Please note that when tracing a parcel on their website, Canada Post will mark the parcel as “delivered” even if only a notification has been given and the parcel is still waiting to be picked up at the station.
