What will Shipping cost?  

Nothing- it’s free! (within the United States and Canada). NursesBag.com has been shipping our products all over the world, for over 20 years and by many different methods. We offer free shipping within the USA (via USPS Priority Shipping: ~2-3 days delivery time) and Canada (via Canada Post Expedited: ~5-7 days delivery time).

If you require your order immediately (or maybe yesterday!), we do have a very experienced team of counter and shipping staff and “yes” we can accommodate your specific shipping needs… please ask!

How long will it take to receive my order?

We try our best to get your order out within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery time depends on whether the items you’ve ordered are in stock or, in the case of custom-produced items such as embroidered or printed bags, the time that it takes to produce them. It also depends on where you are located. We make every effort to ensure that the products we sell are in stock, however, from time to time, demand outstrips supply and items need to be back ordered. If the items you order are not in stock you will be notified by email and given an estimated shipping date. Our policy is to hold orders with items on back order until the entire order is complete and we can ship everything together. If you would like us to ship the in-stock items immediately, just let us know by contacting us at info@nursesbag.com or 1-800-561-3040. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply.

International Shipping

For International orders, shipping charges are based on total weight and the destination point. After reviewing the weight, size and destination of your order we will email you, within 24 hrs (Mon-Fri) with shipping options and expected delivery times. These costs will not include customs or taxes that may be applicable within your country. Canada Shipping

We have been dealing with Canada Post for over 20 years now and find the tracing of orders to be quite accurate. Please note that when tracing a parcel on their website, Canada Post will mark the parcel as “delivered” even if only a notification has been given and the parcel is still waiting to be picked up at the station.
